Let us know with your order number and we'll raise it with Royal Mail as a delivery failure.
If your order contains refrigerated medication — Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda or similar — please don't use it until we've confirmed it's safe. Tell us roughly how long it was left and where, and our pharmacist will advise. Medication left outside in warm weather may not be usable even if the packaging looks intact.
To prevent this happening again, you can set delivery preferences directly with Royal Mail, including nominating a safe place or a neighbour.
