First, check the obvious places — with neighbours, in porches, and anywhere Royal Mail lists as a safe place on the tracking page. Most parcels marked delivered turn up within a few hours.
If it still hasn't appeared, contact us with your order number and tracking number and we'll raise a formal investigation with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail investigations can take up to 60 days to conclude. We'll keep you updated throughout and advise on next steps as soon as we hear back, rather than leaving you waiting on it.
If your order contains refrigerated medication, please say so when you contact us. We won't simply resend — our pharmacist will confirm what's appropriate first.
