How do I track my order?

You'll be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our pharmacy.

How tracking works

1. Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number
2. Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item
3. You can also check your order status in your account at pharmacyonline.co.uk/member/orders

Delivery times

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: next working day from dispatch (default)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 1-2 working days from dispatch (cheaper option)

Dispatch usually happens the same working day if your order is approved before our cut-off, or the next working day otherwise.

If tracking hasn't updated

Tracking can sometimes take a few hours to show movement after dispatch — this is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated 24 hours after the expected delivery date, see our article on what to do if your order hasn't arrived.
